SENIOR TRAINER - HR
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Direct report to Training manager
- Analyze, Develop and Execute innovative training based on customer need.
- Create annual training programs
- Consistent to monitor and evaluating the effectiveness of training program by powerful feedback from customer.
- Creating Monthly Operation Report (MOR)
- Enhance customer skill and knowledge especially about investment.
- Have a great relationship with customer to make a powerful teamwork.
- Develop a systematic training based on customer classification.
- Role-play for evaluating SPV delegates program.
- Filing & Documentation (i.e. attendance list, evaluation report)
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience in investment products (unit link, reksadana)
- 3 years expereince as trainer in banking or insurance industry
- Certified Financial Planner + Waperd
- Prefferably have certificate train the trainer
- Male/Female, 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in any field
- Energetic and well presented
- Good english proficiency
