Located in Kelapa Gading, we’re a world-class English course from Oxford the United Kingdom. We’re currently looking for :

DIRECTOR OF STUDIES (DOS)

Qualifications :

• Native (English, American, Australian, Canadian)
• Hold DELTA (Diploma of English Language Teaching to Adults) / CELTA
• Have Bachelor’s Degree or higher related to English language
• Have > 5-year experience in teaching ESL/EFL
• Strong leadership & teamwork skills
• Strong knowledge and understanding of ESL/EFL business
• Previous position in similar role would be highly regarded

Job Responsibility :

• Lead an academic team of native & local teachers
• Set a high standard for the school’s academic quality
• The ability to be a strong team leader and role model for the school & teachers
• Willing to work with the schools management team to further improve operational success
• Supervise teachers’ performance and provide progress / feedback for improvement
