BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Job Tasks :

1. Support and coordinate all Strategic Roadmap activities within Indonesia
2. Increase market transparency (e.g. SIS tool)
3. Gathering of market intelligence incl. competitor analysis and benchmarking studies
4. Special Projects e.g. Project Mgmt for new manufacturing sites, launch of new products in cooperation with Product Mgmt. etc.
5. Ensure that the short, mid and long term company objectives and targets are clearly communicated within the area of responsibility and that the organization is setup in a way to fully support them

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience with related industry/sector
• Good knowledge of the local Indonesia market and industries relevant to Schaeffler Group
• Proficient in MS Office application especially in Excel and PowerPoint program
• High level of energy and self-driven initiative.
• Able to produce results both independently and as part of a team
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, intensely deadline driven environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
• Good communication skills and organizational skills incl. Time Management.
• Fluent in English, both oral & written
